The AlphaRet Peel Solution 50 is a higher-strength peel. It is a chemical peel that is developed to reduce moderate sun damage, wrinkles and fine lines, hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone, plus blemishes and scarring.
Use one peel treatment administered every four weeks. You can also use it with a SkinBetter science regimen, including Alto Defense Serum, Trio Rebalancing Moisture Treatment, AlphaRet Overnight Cream, and SPF 30+.
Description
Note that this product contains alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) that can increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun. As a result, you are particularly at risk of sunburn. Use sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using the product and for at least a week after treatment. The product does contain retinoids in a topical form.

We begin by thoroughly cleansing your face and applying the AlphaRet Peel. We use gauze, and it takes about thirty minutes. Next, we remove the peel, and the skin is cleaned with a post-peel cleanser.
Skin Better Science is a skincare product brand that is only available at select medical spas and doctors’ offices.
Treatment takes about 15 to 30 minutes to apply. You can see results after one peel, but we recommended 2-3 peels spaced a month apart. There is no downtime.
Superficial peels usually only cause a mild tingling or burning sensation. Medium and deep peels are more intense, but anesthesia makes discomfort manageable.
