APPOINTMENTS

All first time clients must book appointment online.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.

CANCELLATIONS / NO CALL NO SHOW

Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hour notice. In the case that a 24 hour notice is not received, a cancelation fee in the amount of the entire schedule service will be charged. If the client dose not arrive to the  scheduled appointment, the cancellation fee will be assessed.

Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hour notice. In the case that a 24 hour notice is not received, you will lose the scheduled session off of your package. If the client does not arrive to the  scheduled appointment, loss of session will be assessed.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.

GRATUITIES

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash & Debit Cards.

WALK-INS

We welcome walk-in customers, however if it is not convenient with our schedule you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an actual appointment.

CONFIRMATIONS

As a courtesy, you will receive a  text and email to confirm your appointments 24 hours prior to your appointment, however, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates & times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

RETURNS

Retail products may be returned  for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened and in the original packaging. We may withdraw the offer of a refund or exchange if goods are brought back opened, unpacked or used.

There is no Refunds for any services provided.

Body Treatments

All body treatments shall be completed within 45 days of purchase, any number of sessions not completed within the allowed time frame will be voided
